Using Twitter for your blog
I’ve been using Twitter solidly for a couple months now. And by that I mean using it daily to grow my network and posting updates through out the day. For some it may seem like a waste of time but for those that use it you know that it is a tool that they can no longer live without. For me personally it has been a great way to find new things from those I am following and share a lot of things with those that are following me. Not only that but I’ve been able to have conversations with very big bloggers in my niche. People like Darren Rowse, Jeremy Shoemaker, Dosh Dosh, Brian Clark, Andy Beal and others. It is a great way to start building relationships and network.
One of the things I am trying to do is figure out ways to use Twitter more effectively for my blogs in the form of games or polls. One such thing that I have thought about doing is to ask a questions to the Peeps following me and then post the answer along with a link to their blog. The only problem is I only expect a 2% reply to something like this so in order to even get 10 responses I need 500 people following me.
So now the question remains do I run a try now or wait a while until I build up my Twitter following?
If you want to get in on this then make sure your following me. Blantonious on Twitter

I am most guilty of not using Twitter to the fullest. I am in my Twitter account multiple times a day but I don’t always say anything and perhaps I need to use it more if I expect more from it.
I have responded and replied to other’s Twitters but have never received a single reply so I just kinda figure it was a waste of my time.
