Putting to much stock in Google?

Google pagerankAre you putting a bunch of stock into Google? Seems these days people are making decisions in what they may or may not know to be true. When it comes to traffic from Google my I take it as extra traffic. Trying to play the Google game to me is way to hard for me to dedicate any real time to figuring out. I simply build my blog the way I want and hopefully don’t tick off any search engines along the way. I have one goal and one goal only. Teach you how to create a successful blog. And that can be done with or without Google. :-)

As ShoeMoney points out in his video post about Not Making Google look stupid he points out that less than 15% (can’t remember the exact number) of his traffic comes from Google. I small chunk in comparison to how much traffic ShoeMoney gets.

Copyblogger posted a similar post asking if Google is Evil or not. He also points out that his strategy is to get Subscribers and use Social Media sites to gain readers.

Don’t get me wrong search engine traffic is nice to get but the bottom line is just worry about building a Blog that sells its self, don’t do any shady stuff, and the rest will follow, including traffic and subscribers.

    very true dear..

one should always concentrate on his blog niche and let the search engines do there work!

by the way before publishing your articles do read them over and over again..

there were few grammar mistakes which destroys the reading experience..
