When it comes to running your business there is a cost associated with all parts of the operations. You want to be as efficient as possible and only incur the expenses that are necessary. This is why big business outsource call centers, programming and other aspects of their business. The cost to accomplish these things is far less than doing it in house. In todays age, its not just the big companies that have the ability to outsource certain tasks. Anyone with a computer and connection to the internet can outsource jobs.
A couple ways to get a ton of back inks to your blog is to create a really nice WordPress theme or plug-in and give it away for free. The only problem is your a writer, not a programmer. Not to worry, there are plenty of programmers and graphic designers that can do this for you. So lets say you spend $200 per theme and over time you get a bunch of links back to your blog which in turn increases your traffic and the amount you can charge for advertising space. I would say that was $200 well spent. Of course you will have some use your theme or plug-in and remove the link but thats part of the risk.
But don’t stop there. Virtually anything that you would rather not do, can be outsourced. Programming, graphic design, marketing, writing, are all things that you can hire to have completed by someone else.
So how do you get started? Scriptlance, elance and Hire a Coder are great places to start but do a search on Google for specific things you’d like to outsource and your sure to get a nice list of places to check out.
